WEST KOLKATA PROJECT

A gigantic project is currently being master-crafted by AHCL on the western fringe of Kolkata, close to the Kolkata West International City- being developed by the multinational Salim Group.

Spread over 10 acres, this will be a residential cum commercial enclave with a potential built-up space of 14 lakh sq. ft. Commercial space of over 4 lac sqft is envisaged which will be offered to retail chains, auto marts, super malls, hyper malls and multiplex theatres.

SILIGURI PROJECT

In West Bengal, the fastest growing city today is Siliguri. The importance of its strategic location has assumed greater significance owing to the opening of the Indo-Chinese trade route, passing through this city.

Here on the main thoroughfare on Sevok road, across an upcoming 5-star hotel, AHCL plans to create a housing-cum-commercial complex. This will be a 2 lac sqft project with shopping malls, multiplex theatres, entertainment and dining facilities.
